Will I lose my e-mail sub-accounts with TOBR for Internet account?
We recently completed a Transfer of Billing Responsibility for our Internet from my husband to myself. With the original account, he had an email address and I had a sub-account for an additional email address. With my new Internet account, I don't see any sub-accounts moved over. The question is - will we still keep those sbcglobal email addresses automatically or is there something that needs to be done to move those over? I have a lot of stuff going to my email address and I don't want to lose that email address or account. (No, I didn't set up the new Internet account with that email address for reasons I won't go into here.)

Hey @StillAGirlScout, we understand how important it's to have access to your email account. We'd be happy to help with your sub-account.
We'd suggest following these steps to manage your subaccount to make sure the subaccount is enabled.
Please let us know if these steps help.

Sadly, that does not answer my question. The original account no longer has any services on it because of the transfer of billing responsibility. Will that original email address remain active? What happens to the sub accounts? How can I keep the Sun account and/or connect it to an active service?
