Why my Mailing server IPv4 addresse gone to Spam.?

Hello sir/madam,

I recently started sending promotional emails to my AT&T subscribed users with valid DNS records on my server IPs. Unfortunately, I received a notification that my (104.227.26.2/24) Ipv4 has been spam in ATT Mail.

I’m humbly requesting your help to look into my case and consider whitelisting or Whatever it is, from this issue, as I have thoroughly configured all of the necessary settings correctly.

I hope you will understand and provide the technical assistance required to resolve this issue. Please let me know if there is any further information that I need to share with you or if there's anything else I can do.

Thanks in advance for your help!

We understand the importance of making sure your emails are delivered, and we'd be happy to help you @salenagomez

To get further assistance on making sure that your mailing server is not being blocked by AT&T as spam then we'd recommend reaching out to out AT&T Mail Postmaster for further assistance. They'll be able to help in whitelisting your mail server to make sure that the emails aren't being blocked.

Please reach back out if you have any further questions. Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.
