WHY does @bellsouth.net mail Go to My Hotmail Junk

I just recently have witnessed wife's - @bellsouth.net mail - being Routed to MY Hotmail Deleted Items Folder (online HtMl to Junk and in my EPIM Mail App it's Deleted Items).

In Sept '22 her Mail went to HtMl SPAM.........Never knew WHY it started working again.

Anyone know WHERE to start looking for the reason?
