Unlock request taking forever

Hi there, I submitted an unlock request for Samsung s10e, I didn't get a request number almost 2 weeks now, I tried resubmitted but keep telling me it's already processing

In the meantime, you can review our unlock eligibility criteria to ensure that your device meets them. Generally when an unlock request lingers in the system, it's due to one or more of the requirements not being fulfilled.
