Unlink an email

I want to unlink my personal email account from my business email account, I want the two to have a separate account.

We can help you get those accounts unlinked, @Olugbenga_Lawal!


First, we suggest you download any account info you’d like to keep prior to removing the account.


Once you've done that, follow these steps to remove a linked account

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in if asked.
  2. Scroll to Account Settings and select Linked accounts.
  3. Choose Remove this account for the account you want to unlink. If you try to remove a canceled account with a balance due, we’ll ask you to make a payment.
  4. Select one of these, if asked:
    • A secondary user to replace you as the primary user
    • No one
  5. Choose a new primary account, if asked.
  6. Follow the directions to remove the account from your ID.
