Need to update email settings?

unable to open email

works ok on 2 other computers so I know password is correct. All I get is a Yahoo screen asking if I want to use gmail, aol or other account.

Nothing will correct this...different browser, etc.

So that we can determine where to begin, please give us more information:

  • Are you trying to access your email on Currently or a 3rd party client, such as Yahoo! Mail or Outlook? Currently is the official site for AT&T mail, so please give that a try.
  • Do you get the Yahoo! screen before or after entering your password?
  • Have you cleared your brower's cache and cookies?
