Unable to get my att.net email to be added to my outlook on my desktop
I have had trouble getting my new att.net email account to be added, even though I already have an att.net email account set up in it already. I have tried the settings that they posted many times but nothing. then without a hitch. I have added the email to my iPhone and can view it on the web application.

First, have you created a Secure Mail Key? If not, that's the first thing to do. If you have one, sometimes they get corrupted to go in and delete the existing one and then create a new one.
Then create the account in Outlook and use that key wherever Outlook asks for a password.
If you still get errors, use these alternate servers instead of the att.com servers.
imap.mail.yahoo.com (use Port 993 and SSL/TLS)
smtp.mail.yahoo.com (use Port 465 and SSL/TLS)
