ATTHelp Aminah.....his password in Outlook is not being accepted.  He needs instructions on how to get into att.com when he logs in and not be redirected to DirecTV.com so he can create a SMK.

Thank you tonydi. I can login to my email account using web mail but I need to setup my email account in Microsoft Outlook 365 and it requires a secure mail key to login. If I could just get into my email account without being directed to Directv my problem would be solved.

I tried to find a solution but other than clearing cache and cookies, which doesn't seem to work, the other threads I could find suggested combining account IDs (not a good idea).  Otherwise ATTHelp went into private DM mode so we couldn't see what they did (or if it ever worked).  So at this point let's hope they come back.

I found a solution to my problem. I logged into my myATT app on my iphone and went to my profile. My Directv account was linked so I linked my Wireless account and my ATT email account also. After that  my ATT email account showed up in my profile and I could create a Secure Mail Key. Now I can setup my ATT/Yahoo Email account in Microsoft Outlook 365.

Glad to hear you got back in, Jules.  I hope the linking doesn't cause any problem down the road but I don't think you had another option.  🤞
