Trouble signing in

I get an error message code 205.2 every time I try to sign in. I change my password and the next time its the same thing...saying I had too many attempts when in fact I hadn't even tried once. Help.

We understand constantly resetting your password can be annoying, @Bettster.

 This is a known issue we're aware of and are working to resolve as soon as possible. Here's all you need to know about Care Code: 205.2. This includes all the known workarounds and causes.
