spam filter on sbcglobal.net account
Hello, first time poster in the email forum.
I've had an sbcglobal.net account for 35 years probably. I've always set it up in a POP client like outlook or more recently eM Client. The most recent thing I had to do with the account was to set up a secure mail key.
Recently I've had 2 emails that were sent to me (I watched them go) that were never received. Both of them were from doctors offices and were large. One was my dentist, another my chiropractor.
I'm guessing there is a filter that caught them but I have no idea where to check for this since IO have never logged into ATT or yahoo or anywhere else to find this info. All I've ever done is set up a client to receive mail and there is nothing in the junk folders.
I use a notifier called PopPeeper but that has no filter since it is not a paid version.
Any guidance where to turn here would be most appreciated, thank you.

Go to www.currently.com and log into your account using your "normal" password, not the SMK.
Check the email folders like Trash to see if those emails ended up there.
Click Settings (gear icon in the upper right corner) and then More Settings.
You'll find Filters in the left window pane.
If there are no Filters listed but the email are in Trash, one of Yahoo/AT&T's internal spam filters grabbed it. Good luck getting that resolved. It's rare for customers to get a response when asking AT&T to unblock an email sender.

Hey there legacy66. We know how important your email account is, and would be happy to help with the emails you haven't received.
We appreciate tonydi for providing that helpful information.
We'd also suggest clearing your cache and cookies from the device that you're using. There could be saved data that is interfering with you being able to receive those emails.
Let us know if you're able to see the emails when viewing them through Currently.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi - the info from tondi worked perfectly. I was surprised and even shocked to see old emails and photos on this website that I have never logged into.
The emails in question were nowhere to be found. There were no spam filters created and nothing in trash or spam or anywhere.
It must be a further upstream filter that is catching these somehow. I can't understand it since this has never happened in over 30 years. I can get the mail sent to another address. Thanks all for the quick help.
