some of my e-mails do not appear in my inbox

some of my e-mails do not appear in my inbox but are in my unread folder

We're here to assist with your emails being sent to your unread folder, @Fabrice49!


We recommend going to Currently and following these steps to see if a filter has been applied to cause certain emails to be directed to your unread folder:

  1. Go to Currently and sign in
  2. Once in your inbox, select settings, then more settings. You will see a gear icon in the top right to access the settings menu
  3. Select Filters

If you see any unfamiliar filters, please remove them to see if this corrects your concern.
