re adding a sub account back to my account

I setup a sub account many years ago for my son, he forgot his password, when I go to att.com to reset his password, I get an error message saying my son's email is associated with another user ID ?

Hi there, @Emelendez. Thanks for posting on the AT&T Community Forums. We understand that you would like to add your sons subaccount back to your subaccount list. We can help you do that.

To make sure that your son's email address was not removed from your subaccount list, you will need to log in to your primary account first and go to Manage Subaccounts.

In the aforementioned article, scroll down to the "How do I disable and enable subaccounts?" listing and click on the the downward arrow, the steps will be right there.

If the subaccount is still on your list, then you can reset the password. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we'll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create a new password.

If you run into any concerns with these tips, please reply here and let us know.
