Problems with e-mail receiving

While receiving (international) e-mails, these are very often rejected the first time, but received when resent a few minutes later only!

The sender will get a rejection note around 1 or 2 days later with a long list of technical details I do not understand.

The problem started around one year ago.

Any hint to resolve this annoying problem would much be appreciated.

We'd need to see a copy of the email the sender gets to give you a more accurate assessment of the problem.  Normally when you get a bounce notice but then the email goes through it's because the receiving server (Yahoo in your case) either isn't online or the Internet connection to it is having some sort of issue. 

Given that you're only seeing this on international mail, it's conceivable that because there are a lot of hops between server of the sender to Yahoo, any one of them could be failing in some way.

Yeah, no problem, you can't actually attach a file here.  A screen capture of the email can be uploaded using the picture icon, or just a copy/paste of the text would probably work.

Thanks again and sorry was out of town. But it looks like I cannot reply anymore/'fail' - at least when I try to attach or insert anything.

Lets see whether this mail goes out without attachment!

Thanks for pushing through and getting that posted.  Unfortunately, that's the raw email headers and not what we need to see. 😟  We need to see the actual body of the email the sender gets after a day or two.  It will have some error codes and a short explanation of why the email didn't go through the first time.

Despite being offered in multiple languages, it just gives a generic list of "possible" causes.  However, it says "You can find details on the rejection in the recipient-generated e-mail attached below."  

Do you have that attachment or is that last section that begins with Reporting-MTA what they're talking about?

No, that's still not it.  Could be that the server the sender is on doesn't create "normal" bounce notices.  Here's a sample of one type of error that I just pulled from Google Images to show the kinds of info one normally sees....

Barring something like that I really can't give you any good suggestions on what to look for.  Perhaps the best solution is for the sender to contact his email provider, maybe they can look through the server logs and figure out what is going on.

THANKS A LOT FPR ALL YOUR EFFORTS - I AM ACTUALLY THE SENDER WHO IS CURRENTLY 'SITTING' NEXT TO THE RECEIVER.

WILL SEE AFTER I GO BACK, DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING MOST LIKELY ON THAT SIDE.
