How do I change the default outgoing email name associated with the correct outgoing email address?

Log into the webmail UI using www.currently.com. Click Settings (gear icon upper right corner) then More Settings.
Click Mailboxes, then click the Mailbox for the account you want to change (see #1 and #2 below). You should see the field in the upper right section that has the wrong entry. Because hackers often mess around in this section, make sure the Reply-To section is also correct.
