Not receiving or able to send email from my ATT/Yahoo account
I have been a bellsouth.net email user for many years and never changed to AT&T email. However, when I updated my email Setting, I had to include Yahoo: imap.mail.yahoo.com (incoming); and smtp.mail.yahoo.com my email had worked without issue. But since January 6th, I have received any emails. I tried repairing but receive an error message. I confirmed that my username and password were correct and the incoming and outgoing server were correct but to no avail. can someone provide me a solution. I an still receiving email on Microsoft Mail.

We can assist you with your concern with sending and receiving email, deacspil.
Use the 3rd Party Mailbox - (Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird) section of our Login and Email Solutions guide to troubleshoot Outlook.
If you're still having trouble, you'll want to reach out to Outlook's support team for assistance. In the meantime, you can use Currently, the official platform for AT&T mail.
Thanks for visiting the AT&T Community Forums. If you need help with anything else, let us know.

What is the full error that Outlook gives you?
I presume you have created a Secure Mail Key in the past. If not you need that for Outlook. If you have an SMK already follow the instructions in that link and delete the existing SMK and create a new one. Then use that new key wherever Outlook asks for a password.
