New email is not receiving any mail
An old att email that I grabbed the name of but never used, is not receiving email now that I have begun to use it. I have gone through all the settings suggestions-spam, JavaScripts, sign in sign out, etc. but checking firewalls and virus protectors is beyond me.
I can send from the email. Any suggestions?
