My old bellsouth.net email cannot receive emails
I recently logged into my bellsouth.net email to verify my locked instagram and facebook profiles. However, my bellsouth.net email will not receive any email i send to it. Somebody please help

When someone tries to email you, do they get a bounce notice? If so, what does that notice say?

When i try to send an email to this address it says “Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

🤬🤬 Ok, ATTHelp may be able to fix this. I say "may" because they usually go private and we never get to see the result, good or bad.
If they can't fix it (or they just don't show up in this thread) your only other hope is to file an FCC complaint.
Fill out the form HERE.
This will get the FCC to contact the AT&T Office of the President on your behalf. Once the OoP people get the notice they should respond to it within 24 hrs (sometimes even on weekends) and they may be able to get things done. Once you submit, make sure you're ready to get a call from a number that isn't familiar. If you miss it your chances of calling back and getting a successful result goes down.
