Move my [myname]@att.net to [myname]@yahoo.com

Can I move/change my [myname]@att.net to [myname]@yahoo.com without losing all my saved stuff?

I would like to stop using [myname]@att.net and start transferring it all over to [myname]@yahoo.com, both using the same [myname].

I want to start making my email more portable.

Nope, they're completely different accounts so whatever is in one is permanently tied to that address.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to do with the "portable" comment.

I might have found my answer.

If I cancel my at&t service, what happens to my email?

I have seen that if my at&t account is in good standing i can continue to use my at&t email for free. Is this true?

We're here to assist with your email inquiry, Kitter616!

To answer your question, yes, you can keep your email after cancelling as long as the account is in good standing. If you happen to have a balance at the time of cancellation, you will not have access to the email until the balance is paid in full.
