We can assist you with resetting your email password, jien.

Try the forgot password option to reset your password, sign in, and update your phone number.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If you need help with anything else, let us know.

How do you get email on the computer, using an email client like Outlook/Thunderbird/Windows Mail/Apple Mail, or do you go online and use the webmail interface with your web browser?

What error messages do you get?

We can point you towards the right direction to access your email on your computer, jien.

Have you tried restarting your computer? What browser are you using to open your email? I would recommend you try accessing your email using the AT&T currently website. You can also create a secure mail key to access your email if the browser/app isn't supported by open authentication.

We also suggest that you clear your browser history, cookies and cache to ensure all previous entries are removed and refreshed.

You can also use the step by step instructions to check for browser issues:

  • Open AT&T Mail in a different web browser. For example, if you normally use Google Chrome®, try Firefox®.
  • Verify that your browser accepts cookies. If so, clear your cookies and cache. You’ll find this info in your browser's Preferences, Settings, or Options menu.
  • Enable JavaScript, and make sure it’s up to date. You’ll find it in your browser’s Settings or Options menu.
  • Disable browser tools or add-ons to see if they’re causing issues with email access.
  • Enable Adobe Flash Player and make sure it’s updated.
  • Check the settings of your firewall, antivirus programs, and anti-spyware software.

Let us know if this works.
