I was just advised to "Set Up Password Recovery Options" in an e-mail from AT&T Online Services. Now having trouble signing on.
I can no longer sign onto my att.net ID from Yahoo e-mail after resetting my att.net password. Same problem with the Windows 11 Mail app. I never had any trouble before I followed this advice from AT&T Online Services; my new password doesn't seem to be recognized on signon. I'm told to "Fix Account" but the password isn't accepted. How do I fix this problem?
