some good emails constantly go into junk.

I might be able to help if you had provided a tiny bit more info. Since you said "junk", I presume you are using an email client or app and not signing into the webmail UI at www.currently.com. The webmail UI does not have a junk folder, just Trash and Spam.
So please fill in with more details.
