Please let me clarify. I set up a personal yahoo homepage (aka my.att.com), years ago. On the sbc yahoo email site (that I previously couldn't access), there is a small house icon.  This is how I got to my personnel news/info page. I

ATTHelp has answered you on some of those threads.  And you've also declared some of them fixed and even praised them for their help (even though I'll bet you stacks of $100 bills that they weren't the reason for the problem going away).

You do hurt your own cause by the way you post.  You often jump into a middle of a thread where it's difficult hear you above the noise.  Sometimes you switch problems in the middle of a thread (I know there are so many Yahoo issues to choose from, but still).

If you want direct help, create your own threads, one for each subject, and see what happens.

That being said, there's almost nothing that ATTHelp can do with any of the 6 or 7 major issues plaguing Yahoo/AT&T email users except regurgitate their boilerplate answers that I'm sure you've seen many times.

Still ... have same looping problem.  Bet your not having any of these problems!  And ... If not ...... What do YOU suggest the fix is?

If your not having problems with your mail, what the heck is your contribution here, exactly?

p.s.  my kudos to ATT was months ago, and they Earned it! They responded within a day.  Haven't had a response for next nearly 2 months.

I'm sorry "some" of you don't like the format, for which I post ... REQUESTS FOR   . . . . . H E L P !

The point is I'm in an ATT Email help forum, for an ATT Email problem ... that "Keeps" ......................happening?

I hope this is clear enough for you;

     Today, I was once again prompted ... that my email password was 

          incorrect?  It also indicated my account would be locked, after too  

          many tries?   At this point I had tried only once?

This is the password, I reset just a month ago to the day! 

Also ... Same Error Code:     201 [LU100] ... Same code that always appears, when this happens.

Just frustrated that this keeps happening, but more disappointed that this forum is supposed to be for "help" .  Which has only offered once, some months ago, by ATT!

Would be extremely appreciative, if ATT would step in to help!

This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

What "help" would you like to get?  There is no fix, just the workaround that ATTHelp has posted hundreds and hundreds of times in this forum.  Have you not read any of the other posts here?
