GETTING SCAM MESSAGES AND EMAIL NOT ORKING

this is not from ATT, it's a scammer trying to get your personal information . look at the sender's email address, you will see it is not ATT

As our ACE TexasBrit kindly provided, the email that you received was more than likely a scam email. We highly recommend that you ignore/delete it and don't click on any links included in the email that may appear suspicious.
As for your email not working on outlook, could you please provide a bit more information in regards to how it isn't working? We'll need to know a bit more about the issue in order to provide you with the most accurate assistance. On a separate note, if you're having trouble with emails reappearing after you delete them, we recommend that you sign in with Currently and try deleting the emails using our webmail service, and then see if doing so gets rid of them in Outlook as well. If so, then the issue may be with Outlook, or your connection between Outlook and our mail servers.
