I have to close my email and reopen to get it to refresh with new emails

If you are using an email client outside Currently/Yahoo, verify that your incoming server information is correct. This can correct the incoming mail issue you are experiencing. You can find your server settings by finding the client you are using in the aforementioned link.
Let us know if this helps! If not, we have a few more things we can try.

I have been having the same problem. emails will not refresh and my folders say they are empty. I log out and log back in and I have new emails and all the emails are back in the files. I use Currently/Yahoo and have for years.

Do you continue to experience this after trying to log in using a different browser? How about after clearing your browser's cache and cookies? These will help us pinpoint if it's an account issue or browser issue causing this.

Clearing the browser cache and cookies does not solve this issue.
