I  need to  get   a  new   password   for   SBCglobal.net  so  how  can  I  get  into  this   email

To reset your password:

  • Go to att.com/myatt.
  • Select Forgot password?
  • Fill out the password info.
  • Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  • Create your new password.

Easiest way is actually using a corporate ATT store. They have an att.com email reset tool that should do the same for your sbcglobal.net email but again it would require an in person visit.

We are also trying to access our sbc account and have been locked out for weeks. It says password incorrect ( it isn't) and answers to security questions are incorrect. Have talked to many people and they don't seem to understand that you can't bypass them to get a password. This is used for business and it's crippling us- need someone to text a temporary password to the mobile associated with it.

I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with tech support and was told they can no longer give a verbal code. All attempts to reset password through on screen prompts/links has failed. My sbcglobal.net account is very old and is no longer associated with an active att account I had the same issue just a few weeks ago and it took them 10 minutes to unlock it, but now nobody can help. @ATTHelp any suggestions ?
