Email password resets (or account recovery) for non-customer
I'm trying to recover two old email accounts with .snet domains. I used to be an ATT customer, but when phone operations in Connecticut transferred to Frontier I was forced to leave ATT. I can no longer access these two email accounts, but I believe they still exist. Frontier says they can't help me, and ATT won't help me because I'm no longer a customer. I'm willing to pay ATT to get these accounts recovered, but I can't figure out how it could be done.
Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Hi Aminah,
I have tried several times to reset the passwords. I am always directed to call an 800 number, from which I am given a web link, which directs me to online chat. When I describe my issue I am told I have to call the 800 number, so I am going around in circles.
As far as I know my ATT account is fully paid off. I have never received followup billing.
I hope you can help

Thanks for the information you have provided with your response. We can help you get back into your email, @CJ_Kildeer.
You will need to log into Currently, in order to access your email. This is the main website that you should be using to log in.
We recommend that you try a password reset to resolve the lock on your account.
You can reset your password easily by following these simple steps:
Once you're back in your account, we recommend updating your security questions so that you can get back into your account easily going forward.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

a) I cannot get to the Currently website. It gives me a 404 error (page not found) when trying to access it. b) I have tried the att.com/myatt site several times. It keeps referring me to the 800 number, which as I have mentioned before, keeps sending me in circles.
Please help me restore the accounts.

The revised currently.com site also leads me right back to the 800 number - password cannot be reset from there.

I called the Digital Assistance Center as you suggested, and was told that there is no security information setup on the email accounts, so they cannot provide any assistance. These accounts were set up with security information provided, so I am concerned this information having gotten lost caused me to lose access to these accounts. How did this information get lost and is there any way I can get access to these accounts again?

Still have not received a response to this. I would like to know how the security information on my email accounts got lost, and how I can get my email accounts back.
I haven't checked into this site for several days, so I missed the chat responses. I would appreciate it if you could open that up again.

I have been told by the Digital Assistance Center that the security information on my email accounts is missing and that nothing further can be done. I find it hard to believe that in a company the size of AT&T that there is no one who could address this issue. If the security information is missing through no fault of mine, don't you think that it would be the right thing to do to work with me to get the security information restored and my accounts operational again? I am willing to meet with anyone via Zoom (or in person if they're local) to verify my ID and complete any other security information you may need. Please let's get this done.
