Email not listed under primary account

My subaccount is not listed under my primary account on the computer.  It is, however, listed under my primary account on my iPhone.  I need it to be on the computer too.  Please advise

Let's make sure you can access your subaccount, @gigi169

We recommend clearing your cache and cookies. This can get rid of stored data that may be interfering. Just scroll down and find the instructions for your device.

You can also try accessing it with a different browser. This will let us know if it's being caused by the browser, or your email itself.

Please let us know if this helps!

I am going to try and clear the cache and cookies.  I used a new web browser and still could not get in.  I don't understand what could be happening.  My phone lists all of the emails.  first, my primary account and then the three subaccounts.  It was listed like that on my computer, then all of a sudden it disappeared.

Hi, I cleared the cache and cookies and my subaccount is still not listed under my primary account.  I have to go into the subaccount separately and it is really a pain.  I can't understand what happened all of a sudden.

Thanks for letting us know, @gigi169!

If you aren't already, we suggest using Currently to access your emails. Since it's supported by AT&T, doing so can help alleviate many problems such as what you're experiencing with your subaccount now.

Let us know if this helps! If not, there are a few other steps we can take.

I don't understand what you mean by Currently.  Is this a new way to access emails?  I just want to be able to get into my subaccount without re-signing in every time.  Please help

We're here to help elaborate, @gigi169.

The website provided by Lacey above (Currently) is our officially supported webmail service. Since the method you use to sign in to your email account can sometimes affect what you see and what functionality is available to you (such as the use of 3rd party apps), we recommend using Currently since everything should work the way it's supposed to when doing so.

Let us know how this works for you!

How do I use Currently, and why do I have to change from the way I have been viewing my primary and subaccounts on Yahoo mail?
