Couldn't log on to the incoming (POP) server,

I followed the instructions on setting up my email account in Outlook desktop with my valid credentials. I am getting the same error message each time I am trying to setup my account. Is my account being blocked from Outlook? What should I do next?

Have you obtained and utilized a Secure Mail Key in place of your password when setting up your connection from Outlook?

Define "valid credentials"?  Are you using the password that works if you go to with a web browser to log in, or did you create a Secure Mail Key and use that in Outlook?

Are you using these settings?
