Couldn't log on to the incoming (POP) server,

I followed the instructions on setting up my email account in Outlook desktop with my valid credentials. I am getting the same error message each time I am trying to setup my account. Is my account being blocked from Outlook? What should I do next?

Have you obtained and utilized a Secure Mail Key in place of your password when setting up your connection from Outlook?

Define "valid credentials"?  Are you using the password that works if you go to currently.com with a web browser to log in, or did you create a Secure Mail Key and use that in Outlook?

Are you using these settings?
