Connecting to Outlook

I'm trying to connect my @sbcglobal.net with Outlook.
Google said that you still do it without an additional Password app, but I still can't connect via Outlook 'add a new account' option.
Does anybody know what kind of encryption method, port # and imap/smtp setup I need?
Appreciate any help you can give me.
