CARE CODE: 201 [LU100] - Requires reset password each login.

I am trying to log in to this address with my account:

I get this message:

Check your entry and try again. Keep in mind, you’ll have to reset your password after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts. CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]

I have to reset my password every single time. Does anyone know why it does this or had this happen? When I click the box to stay signed in, I'm totally locked out. If I uncheck that box, I have to reset password each time. Emails are received appropriately on my phone and ipad.

We're here to help address your email login concerns, @nikkimail.

We've found out that the main reason so many of our email users are getting locked out of their emails is due to bad actors trying to breach our customer's email accounts. We don't have a time frame for when this will be resolved, but rest assured we're looking into this and blocking the IP addresses of the bad actors who are making these login attempts.

For the time being, the workaround we have in place is to reset your password and clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored password information. We understand this is an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience with us as we continue working to fully resolve this issue.
