We're here to help figure out why you're unable to receive emails, @Mark_CSupport!
We'd like to start by ensuring that your email was set up correctly and that you're using the right email server settings. We recommend using the POP3 setting, as that is the preferred option for syncing your email across any platforms/devices you may use to log into your email account.
In addition to that, we've got a couple of questions:
We look forward to hearing back from you so that we can take the proper next steps for your email.

Thanks Lacey. I logged on today, and it worked on my laptop. Not sure what was going on last night.
Now, I'm trying to load my new email account onto my Samsung Galaxy phone. I use Microsoft Outlook. Can you provide the steps to help? Appreciate your time.

Sure thing, @Mark_CSupport! We're happy to help.
We've got a great article that discusses how to set up your email using Outlook. If you're using Outlook 2016, for example, these would be the steps you'd follow:
If you're using a different version, you can use the drop-down menu in the article shared above to find more accurate steps.
Since you're setting this up on your mobile device, you may need to set up OAuth, or Open Authentication. OAuth encrypts your username and password, and helps to keep your account safe.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
