Can't get into my att.net email account

I can't get into my account. It gives me an error message:

"Hmm... we can't sign you in right now. Check with a store representative or call 611 on your phone for help.

CARE CODE: 902"

Going to the help link gives this error message:

Something isn't working right. Give it some time and try again. (Error code:652314)

Hey y'all, I have been unable to sign into my att.net account since the beginning of August. Additionally, I was issued a new email account from att which consists of an old password. Sept 3rd 2020 still unable to log into using older account info and "new" account address given by att. Also, trying to talk to a human is near to impossible. I called a number given through online search where I was put on hold and gave them my number to cue up...they messaged me saying they did not have assistance available  and the number they gave is out of service.  Thank you for any help u can give.
