Can't access emails on new computer using Yahoo email with AT&T sign-in
I am trying to set up a new laptop for a friend. She can access her Yahoo email on the old computer, but when I sign in with the email address and password and then the AT&T sign in hurdle, there are no emails in the box and no contacts.

Hello Caterpro91, we'd be glad to help your friend fix their contacts and Inbox.
Have them update their email settings using our online guide. They can select the software they're using from the drop-down menu for the appropriate instructions.
They can also troubleshoot using our Login and Email Solutions guide. Here are some common solutions for webmail:
Clear the cache and cookies
Update your browser
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
Disable browser tools or add-ons - this varies by device and browser
These are common solutions for 3rd party clients (Windows Mail, Outlook, etc.):
Test using webmail - If you're able to sign in to your email via the web, the issue points to the app or mailbox you're using.
We recommend using the latest version. Updates and changes may prevent it from working properly.
Rebuild your mailbox profile - In some instances, rebuilding the profile fixes some issues. You may lose email doing this.
Change your settings from POP to IMAP.
