Cannot send email to spouse in same house hold on bellsouth w/ AT&T

Hi, we pay for 2 emails w/  AT&T on Bellsouth.

My email cannot receive emails from my spouse when sent directly to me in the same household.

However, i can send emails to my spouse which are immediately received.

Cannot figure out why this is happening.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you're still not receiving mail from the other account, please provide more information, so we can determine what your next steps should be:

  • Is this the only email address you're not receiving mail from?
  • Are you the only one that your spouse cannot send mail to?
  • Do they get a message saying their mail is not deliverable or any other error message when they send mail to you?

We'll be awaiting your response.

Yes, we pay AT&T (we have bellsouth accounts here in Florida).
