cannot access emails after I cancelled my cell phone service.

i am 87, moved to a rental that provided emal, phome and wifi service, not att. i since changed my cell phone service to a new provider, not att. Did I give up my email account as a result of my changing? I had 2 active emails, one was and the other is I now cannot use, but can use

Under our AT&T Terms of Service, section 5: Termination or Cancellation of Service: 

      • Unless otherwise specified, if you cancel your Service, your account ID email address will remain active, as will all email subaccounts you have created. The email accounts may be accessed via Currently, from AT&T.

Are you able to login to Currently? If not, we suggest resetting your password by following these steps:

  1. Go to

  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.

  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.

  5. Create your new password.
