My company has email addresses connected to the company name.  I would like to add a new user email address and remove or forward emails from old accounts to one of the addresses.  How can I do this?

Hey @Dasniffen, we'll be happy to help with your emails.


It sounds like you want to set up email forwarding. This only applies to non-AT&T being forwarded to an AT&T email address. Currently setting up email forwarding from an AT&T email account to non-AT&T email account isn't possible. You can still forward individual emails, however.

  1. Go to your external email account website and sign in.
  2. Select your email settings.
  3. Choose the option to forward your email and enter your AT&T email address.
  4. Save your changes to start receiving emails from this account in your AT&T inbox.
