Att.net email
I received a message to upgrade my att.net email account. I don’t know how to do that. I have two email accounts that I pay 9.99 per month. I can’t lose the email accounts. What do I do? I’ve tried to follow the email directions but no luck. Thank you

We want to make sure you can retain access to your emails, @Lhiscano.
You are not required to "upgrade" your email account in order to retain access. This sounds like a fraudulent email. We recommend not clicking on any links it provides. If you're worried about it being a legitimate email, you can send us a screenshot of it for confirmation.
The only reason you would lose access to your email is if you personally deactivated it, or you cancel your active AT&T account with outstanding balances.
