ATT Yahoo Mail stopped working on IOS Outlook App

Hi there, randyollen. We understand that you are having a problem with your IOS Outlook app and your email. We can help you with that.

First, we would like for you to delete the app all together. Next, we would like for you to clear the app cache. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap General and then select iPhone Storage.
3. Find the third-party app you want to delete cache files for, and select it.
4. Tap Offload App. This process will technically remove the app from your phone, keeping documents and data stored.

Next, reinstall the app again, and then recreate the account back into the app.
