I am still trying to reset my password for my @sbcglobal.net email account but AT&T needs to send me the reset instructions to my recovery email address instead of an email account that is not mine...how do I get them to do that? AT&T customer service will not help me...

I cleared cache and cookies but to reset the password, they want to send the reset code to an email I do not have...so I cannot reset the password.
