ATT Email Profile cannot be accessed due to Directv Linked Account problem.
I'm locked out of my email profile (yes I need access to it for Secure Mail). I cannot complete my login to MyATT.net since the system redirects me to DiretTv where my account is dormant and has NO email settings.
my ATT email profile MUST be changed by the back office since customers and Customer Support Techs CANNOT reach the ATT Profile Page or ANYTHING to fix the Linked Account problem.
I've spent 3 hours today with tech support and they just finally gave up since they cannot seem to comprehend the redirect problem.
IAM is all over the redirect statements but no one will help me.
