Zip Code email tip

Today, 3-21-2023, I experienced great difficulty accessing my ATT/Yahoo/Currently Email.  There was no problem earlier today.  A call to ATT support ran into problems with their AI understanding what I wanted.  Finally I got a real person.  She helped reset my password and texted a 6 digit code as part of the process.  The screen showed that I was signed in but would not allow me to access my emails.  Instead, a Profile info page was displayed.  I answered the 2 security questions but the "submit" button was grayed out.  I couldn't get beyond the Profile page.  After an hour of trying, Support and I parted company,  They will get back to me sometime over the next week.  If I had their number, I'd call them back; I found the solution and can now get into my emails.  The issue was on the Profile page.  It had just my basic info and the two security questions.  Years ago, I had typed in my address's 9 digit Zip code.  With today's update, the Profile page can only accept the shorter, 5 digit Zip code.  Once I removed the final 4 digits, everything worked.
