Yahoo/Att email Account Security page is Blank

I am trying to access my Accoutn Security page to generate an App pw but all that is on the page is:

Lets see if we can get you into your security settings page for your Yahoo/AT&T email account @jbpnet!

 

This could be a Currently,com site issue, but there could be an issue with the browser or device you are using so here are some things you can try.

  • Try a different web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, ect. to determine if the issue is with the browser. 
  • Clear Cache/Cookies in your browser
  • Reset the device you are using
  • You may also try a different device to see if other devices can access it

We have made accessing emails more secure @jcruzer66!

 

If you are attempting to access your emails through a client such as Outlook or Apple Mail, ensure you have a Secure Mail Key setup.
 
We also have a Ufix tool that can walk you through the steps to help you recover your email access, follow common topics > email setup and repair, follow the steps for common topics > email setup and repair

I am also having this problem.  Yahoo forced me to change my password, and with extra effort I was able to access email on my iphone, but I still cannot access on my third party email.  I believe I need to generate a Yahoo password, there is not a way to do this since the Account Security is blank.  Advice?

I finally figured this out myself. You basically have to go into your profile on att.com and not in yahoo. You login and go to your profile. Then goto singin info - secure mail key - manage secure mail keys. You create a key here. You take that token and then go yo you outlook and put that token in as your password. Another thing that you must do is change the mail servers to be imap.mail.att.net and smtp.mail.att.net. Viola it works. I also have multiple email addresses that I use and I merged them from the profile page so that I can use this site to generate a new key per email account. Good luck.
