We're here to help you get back into you email, bobjames4992!

We recommend performing a password reset on your email password. The reason for this is that resetting the password causes the email profile to re-sync.

These are the steps to take to perform the reset:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Let us know if this helps!

Thanks for the response but am getting the same response when I attempt your suggestion.

Does error code = 902 mean anything?

Thanks,

Bob

Thanks for your assistance.  For some reason I can now log on.  I did reset my password as suggested at att.com/myatt.

Thanks,

Bob
