One would expect this issue would have been pushed up to the dept that controls that block list, yet here we are.

Hello... I am having the exact same issue. I am not receiving any Facebook password reset emails. Can we also take a closer look at what emails are being blocked for my email?
It has been several years for me not being able to get a password email reset from Facebook. It wont even get to the webmail page so I know it's not settings or anything else you have suggested as a fix. All those have been tried. Whom do we escalate this issue with?
