When I log in, I get "logout successful" immediately

Enter username and password, and when I try to log in, I immediately get "logout successful" then the screen says “Something’s gone wrong. We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later." I never get signed in to my email.

Tried in Chrome and Edge, cleared cache for both. I cannot reset my password because I can’t log in to do so. 

This is the address in the address bar after it says logout successful:

https://signin.att.com/dynamic/iamLRR/LrrController?IAM_OP=error&errorCode=902&appName=m40842&dotNetLogout=N

I have tried all the usual fixes that ATT recommends. I need help ASAP because my business depends on having email.
