webmail makes me reset password to log back in, repeatedly
I routinely use webmail for email access. That means dealing with 1) the awful Yahoo interface and 2) having to log in every two weeks if I'm not forced out sooner. So it kicked me out again, and when I tried to log back in, it made me reset my password to do so, again. It routinely says that I have had "too many unsuccessful login attempts" even when I was in successfully moments before. No amount of research on my part has yielded a reason why, and every time it does it, I have to reauthenticate the email app on my tablet with the "new" password. If AT&T can't get Yahoo to fix THEIR issues, at least they could try to fix this one, but there is no way to submit an email support request, and chat bots are supremely unhelpful. Has anyone else ever figured out how to make it stop?
