Was able to login to my sbcglobal email account and now I can't. Help!
Hello - I'm having a heck of a time trying to get into my legacy sbcglobal email account and surprise, surprise, there's no live person to ask. This is an old account I seldom use (yes, this is the first problem). For some reason I now get the screen that says I've reached the limit of unsuccessful login attempts, and to reset user ID or password. I never set up a user ID with this account, so that didn't work. Pretty much stuck in a loop right now. I need some human to unlock my account and I don't have a user ID. How do I do this?
