Unable to sign into my att email account on my computer

After forgetting my passcode to my email account I changed it and was successful logging in on my cell phone, however I keep getting an unsuccessful log in attempt on my personal computer with the care code 201 (LU 100), stating if I have too many unsuccessful attempts I will have to reset again. I've triple checked the passcode and same thing happens! Help!

Having to reset your password and getting the 201 care code is part of a known issue that we're working to resolve. We encourage you to read our article about Care Code: 205.2 for more information about why this is happening, what we're doing to fix it, and find workarounds. The codes may be different, but we're working to find a resolution for each one.
