Unable to reset password for ATT.net (Yahoo/Currently.com)
I have bounced from ATT & Yahoo for at least 10+ calls today. Each stating that it is the other providers issue. When I attempt to reset password it states
Hmm… we can’t reset your password
We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request.
This has been the most frustrating ordeal as I have had this email account for over 20 years. When ATT told me "sorry there is nothing we can do" and Yahoo says "we can see the account but due to contractual issues, we cannot touch it, you need to call ATT and ask for Advanced tech support". When I call ATT and ask for Advanced tech support, they keep transferring me to disconnected phone numbers. Someone help me, please!
