Unable to reset my account password error "We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request"

Can't access my account to look at the bills and update my payment information. when i try to use the reset password function it pops an error that says - "We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request". This is frustrating to not able to login. The customer support on phone hasn't been helpful either and they have been passing me around different support teams without any resolution
